Share an invoice or quote by link

Every invoice and quote can have a public link: a private address that opens the document for anyone who has it, with no login. It is meant for WhatsApp, SMS and email, and it works on a phone.
What the visitor can do

A quote On Hold can be read but not answered until you send it again.
When the link stops working
The link works only while the document is open. After that, the address shows a short page that says it is no longer available, with your email address, and nothing else.

A quote becomes an invoice when it is accepted. The quote's link closes and the new invoice has its own link.
Get the link
- Admin panel: open an invoice and click Copy Pay Link, or open a quote and click Copy Public Link. The button shows only while the link works. Paste the link into WhatsApp or any message.
- Admin App: open an invoice (Share payment link) or a quote (Share quote link) and tap WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens on your phone with a ready message and the link, addressed to the client's phone number. Nothing is sent until you press send. More opens your phone's share sheet for any other app. Sharing a Draft quote marks it Sent without emailing it.
Safety
- The link holds a long random code, 40 letters and numbers. It cannot be guessed, and it is made the first time someone asks for it.
- Anyone who has the link can see the document, so send it only to the client. Cancelling an invoice or declining a quote closes the link at once.
- Pages opened from a link are kept out of search engines and do not pass the address on to other sites.
- Paying and answering go through the same checks as the client area. Prices are worked out on the server, never taken from the visitor's browser.
