Managing orders

Open Orders in the sidebar.
The order list
Search and filter orders by status, client or date. Select several and use the bulk actions to accept or cancel them, or export the list.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for payment or for you to accept it |
| Active | Accepted and, where possible, provisioned |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you or the customer |
| Fraud | Marked as fraudulent |
The payment status is separate: unpaid, paid, refunded or failed. The provisioning status says whether the service was created: not provisioned, provisioning, provisioned or failed.
The order page
An order page shows the items, billing cycles, setup fees, grand total, the client, and a timeline: order placed, invoice created, payment verification and service deploy. You can add notes.
- Approve Order (or accept) activates a pending order and runs the product's provisioning.
- Cancel Order stops it.
Create an order for a client
On a client's page click Create Order, or use Orders > Create. Choose the client, add products or domains, set cycles and options, and choose whether to generate an invoice and send the confirmation email.
Orders held for review
An order can be held for staff when:
- General Settings > Ordering limits automatic setup to returning customers and this is their first order, or
- a fraud check (IPQualityScore or MaxMind) scores it as risky.
A hold shows on the order and in the activity log. Check it, then accept or cancel it.
Fraud
Mark an order as Fraud to stop it and the client's services. This sets the order and, where relevant, the service status to Fraud.
After acceptance
The order's services appear under Services and on the client's profile. Domains appear under Domains. Any failed action goes to Pending Module Actions where you can retry it.
Webhooks and alerts
Creating an order triggers the order.created webhook, a Slack, Discord or browser alert if you installed those plugins, and an SMS or WhatsApp notice if you set those up.
