How do I sell a VPS by the hour?

1. Open Settings > Products & Pricing and edit your VPS or dedicated server product.
2. On the Pricing tab, find Hourly billing and tick Sell by the hour.
3. Type the Hourly rate (for example 0.0089), or leave it empty to use the monthly price divided by 730 hours.
4. Set the Monthly cap: the most one server can cost in a month. Empty means the monthly price, 0 means no cap.
5. Choose whether a stopped server is still billed (on by default) and, if you want one, a Minimum deposit.
6. Save. Customers now see Pay hourly next to the normal billing cycles.

Clients are invoiced once a month, after the month ends, for the hours the server ran. The first invoice appears on the first day of the next month, after the job runs at 01:00. Make sure the cron job is set up, because the hours are metered by a job that runs every hour.
