How can a client change their billing cycle? Why is there no Billing Term section?
Turn on Billing Term Change in General Settings. Clients then pick another billing cycle on their service page and it starts with the next renewal invoice.
How do I add a signature to invoices and quotes?
Upload a signature image and type a name and title under Settings > Document Designer > Invoices. It prints above the notes, and it is optional.
How do I change how my invoices look?
Install Document Designer, then choose a preset, your colour, a layout for the lines, a logo position and header and footer text under Settings > Document Designer.
How do I charge VAT or sales tax?
Turn tax on, choose exclusive or inclusive prices and add one rule per country or state under Tax Configuration.
How do I record a bank transfer payment?
Open the invoice, click Add Payment, enter the amount and reference. The invoice is marked paid and the service is created.
How do I sell a VPS by the hour?
Turn on hourly billing for a VPS or dedicated server product, set the rate and the monthly cap, and see how clients are invoiced.
How do I send an invoice or quote link on WhatsApp?
Tap WhatsApp on the invoice or quote in the Admin App, or copy the link in the admin panel. The client opens it with no login and pays or accepts.
How do I stop a service being suspended for a client?
Exempt one service until a date, or turn off late fees and overdue notices for the client.
How do renewals work? Why was no renewal invoice created?
The daily automation can create renewal invoices for you when you turn it on. Clients can also use Renew now, or you create the invoice yourself.
Why can't my clients pay by card online?
What to check when a client cannot pay an invoice online: the gateway being on, its keys, the invoice currency and the gateway log.
Why isn't my promotion code working? Why does it not discount the add-ons?
A promotion code is refused or discounts less than expected when one of its rules does not fit the order. Check the code's dates, products, billing cycles, client rules and the Exclude switches.
