The hosting account was not created on the server

WHBMP saves every failed server action with the reason.

1. Open Pending Module Actions.
2. Read the failure reason. Common ones: wrong credentials or revoked token, the package does not exist on the server, the username already exists, a firewall blocks the API port.
3. Fix the cause. On the server record press Test Connection.
4. Press Retry on the row (or Retry All).

Clients only see a generic "An error occurred" message. See Provisioning and pending module actions.
