An order is stuck in Pending
Pending means unpaid or waiting for you. Record the payment, or accept the order, depending on the product's Auto Setup rule.
How do I choose the emails a product sends?
On a product's Details tab pick its Welcome Email, Termination Email and Upgrade/Downgrade Email. Only service emails are listed.
How do I create an order or invoice for a client myself?
Use Create Order or Create Invoice on the client's page.
How do I let a client choose a plan on a quote?
Turn on Live options and add the plans as a package choice group in the quote editor. The client picks one and the total updates as they do.
How do I let visitors open a ticket without an account?
Tick Allow submitting without login on a support department and share the /open-ticket link.
How do I see exactly what the client sees?
Sign in as the client from their profile. A banner reminds you that you are impersonating them.
The hosting account was not created on the server
Open Pending Module Actions, read the failure reason, fix it and press Retry.
