How do I let a client choose a plan on a quote?

1. Open Billings > Quotes and create or edit a quote.
2. Tick Live options.
3. In the package choices box under the lines, type a group name, for example Hosting plan.
4. Add the plans one by one. Click Add a package and type the description and price, or pick a product and billing cycle and click Add the selected product as a package: the price comes from the product.
5. Change the price, quantity or discount of any package in its own line. The price is yours to set.
6. The first package of a group is shown selected. Tick Shown selected first on another package to change that.
7. Add a second group, such as Support, the same way if you want one. Add a Fixed line for anything that is always included.
8. Save the quote and click Email to Client.

The client opens the quote, picks a package in each group and sees the total change. Accept Quote locks their choices and makes the invoice.

To pause a quote while you talk, set its Status to On Hold. The client can no longer accept or decline it. Send it again to open it for an answer.
