How do I send SMS or WhatsApp messages to clients?

1. Open Plugins > Add New and install a provider: MSG91, Twilio or Vonage for SMS; MSG91, Twilio or Meta for WhatsApp.
2. Activate it and enter its credentials in its Settings.
3. Create or approve your templates (WhatsApp utility messages need templates approved by Meta; some SMS regions need approved flows).
4. Make sure clients have a valid phone number.

Messages go out for events such as new orders, paid invoices and reminders, and are recorded in the logs. See Notifications and alerts.
