The installer says a requirement failed

The installer lists every check. Fix each red item and reload.

• PHP version: you need 8.2 or newer. On cPanel use MultiPHP Manager.
• A missing extension: turn it on in Select PHP Version > Extensions (cPanel) or install the package (for example php8.3-bcmath) on a VPS.
• Not writable: the web user must own or be able to write storage, bootstrap/cache and the .env file. Fix ownership instead of using 777.
• .env cannot be created: the application folder is not writable. Fix it, then continue.
