Let customers unblock their own IP address when the server's firewall locks them out, without opening a support ticket. It works on CSF, Imunify360 and cPHulk.

What it does

  • Self-service in the client area: on a service's page, the customer enters their IP and the plugin removes it from the block list.
  • Works with three tools: CSF and Imunify360 (through SSH on the server) and cPHulk (through WHM). You choose which are used on each server.
  • Honest results: the customer sees exactly what the firewall tool reported, never an invented "success".
  • Safe by design: the customer can only act on the server their own active service lives on.
  • SSH check: a read-only test on the server page confirms the SSH login works.

Setting up

  1. On the server's edit page, enter the SSH details and turn on the tools you use (CSF, Imunify360, cPHulk).
  2. Run the SSH check.
  3. Turn the plugin on. The unblock form appears on customers' service pages.

Good to know

  • CSF and Imunify360 have no remote API, so this plugin needs SSH access to the server.
  • Turning the plugin off hides the form. The per-server settings are kept.

    Open the addon's settings from the Addons page to configure it.

  • Translated screens: The screens of this plugin are available in Spanish, German, French and Arabic, following the language each staff member chooses in the admin portal (and the language of the client for client-facing pages). Arabic is shown right to left.

Notes

  • Translations: The translations are a first draft written by machine. They are part of WHBMP 2.18.0; on an older WHBMP the screens stay in English.
