Score every order for fraud risk with MaxMind minFraud, the service many online stores already trust. You get a risk score from 0.01 to 99, and the higher it is, the riskier the order.
What it does
- Order risk score from MaxMind's minFraud Score service.
- Scored at checkout: the score is attached to the order, so staff can decide whether to accept it or mark it as fraud.
- A Test Connection button checks your Account ID and License Key.
Setting up
- Sign up for minFraud at maxmind.com and copy your Account ID and License Key.
- In WHBMP, go to Settings > Fraud Protection, choose MaxMind minFraud, enter both and press Test Connection.
- Activate it.
Good to know
- You need your own MaxMind account. Queries are billed by MaxMind.
- Only one fraud provider is active at a time.

Make sure your WHBMP installation has an active license.

In your WHBMP admin, go to Addons → Browse.

Find MaxMind minFraud and click Install, then Activate.

Open the addon's settings from the Addons page to configure it.
