OpenAI (GPT)

Let staff answer tickets faster with a draft written by GPT. The assistant reads the ticket and writes a reply, and your team reviews and edits it before anything is sent.

What it does

• Draft replies for tickets: a staff member asks for a draft on a ticket and gets a suggested answer.
• Humans stay in charge: a draft is only shown to staff. It is never posted to the client on its own.
• Choose the GPT model that fits your budget.
• A Test Connection button checks your key and model with a tiny real request.

Setting up

1. Create an API key in your OpenAI account.
2. In WHBMP, go to Settings > AI Providers, choose OpenAI (GPT), enter the key and a model, and press Test Connection.
3. Activate it.

Good to know

• You pay OpenAI directly for what you use. The connection test makes one very small request, which costs a fraction of a cent.
• Only one AI provider is active at a time.
• The key is stored encrypted.
