OpenProvider

Register and manage domains through OpenProvider. Customers search, order and manage domains in your storefront and client area, and WHBMP does the registrar work for you.

What it does

• Availability search for the domains customers type in.
• Register, renew and transfer domains when an order is paid or a renewal invoice is settled.
• Nameservers: customers and staff can change them, and the change is sent to OpenProvider.
• Transfer codes: fetch the EPP (auth) code for a domain.
• Delete a domain at the registrar when you need to.

Setting up

1. In WHBMP, go to Settings > Registrars, add OpenProvider and enter your OpenProvider username and password.
2. Press Test Connection.
3. Set your prices under Domain Pricing. Customers can now order the extensions you price.

Good to know

• WHBMP signs in to OpenProvider's REST API and refreshes its token for you.
• Credentials are stored encrypted.
• You can use more than one registrar, for example OpenProvider for some extensions and ResellerClub for others.
