New Features

• Page not found (404): a new built-in page in the list. It starts with a short message and a Back to Home button, and you can add any sections. Publish it to replace the standard message on the public website and in the client area; the menu stays on top. While it is a draft, nothing changes. The admin area keeps its own message.

Notes

• Needs WHBMP 2.43.0: the 404 page and its menus come with that version.

• Show your CMS articles on any page, from the categories you choose.

New Features

• CMS Articles sections: two new sections under Blog, CMS Articles — Cards and CMS Articles — Headings Only, list the latest published articles of your CMS. Pick one or several CMS Categories (a category includes its sub-categories; none picked shows every category).
• Show what you want: image, heading and excerpt; image and heading; heading and excerpt; or heading only. Choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 columns (one column puts the image beside the text), how many articles to show (2 to 20), the order (newest, oldest or title A to Z), and whether to show the category name and the date.
• Always current: the section reads your articles when the page is shown, so a new article appears on the page by itself. It needs the CMS plugin to be active.

• The Page Builder now includes the storefront's own pages, so you can design your homepage and add sections to Plans & Pricing, the plan pages and domain search.

New Features

• Built-in pages: The top of the Page Builder list shows the storefront's own pages: Homepage, Plans & Pricing, Plan group and plan and Domain search (and Software with the Sell License plugin). They cannot be deleted or renamed, only edited. A built-in page shows your changes once you publish it.
• Homepage: A full page you design, with a few starter sections. Once published it is shown at your home address. A page you chose with Set as homepage still comes first.
• Sections around the page's own content: On Plans & Pricing, the plan pages and domain search, the page's own content shows as a locked row in the editor and you add sections above and below it.

Improvements

• Addresses: /plans is the address of Plans & Pricing. A page that already used the slug plans is moved to plans-page.
• Homepage button: "Set as homepage" now says that Plans & Pricing stays available at /plans.
• Languages: Spanish, German, French and Arabic text for the new screens (part of WHBMP 2.20.0).
• Fixes: Minor bug fixes and wording improvements in the page list and the editor.

• Requirements: Page Builder 1.1.0 needs WHBMP 2.20.0.

• The Website Builder is now the Page Builder, and it builds real storefront pages.

New Features

• Storefront pages: A page you build is part of your storefront, with the same menu, footer, cart, language and currency switchers and affiliate tracking, at its own address (for example /about-us). Publishing only switches the page on. A published page can also be the homepage, in place of Plans & Pricing.
• Premade Pages: A gallery of ready-made pages (homepage, web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, about us and contact us, in several designs) that you import from the WHBMP store as drafts, with a Preview in desktop, tablet and mobile sizes. Pages can bring new sections with them, which are added to your section library.
• SVG pictures: SVG images can be uploaded and imported; they are cleaned of scripts and external links first.
• Page cache: The finished sections of a page are kept between visits, and a Clear page cache button forces a fresh render.
• Translated screens: Spanish, German, French and Arabic (part of WHBMP 2.19.0).

Improvements

• Menu: One Page Builder item in the admin menu opens the list of your pages.
• Addresses: A page address is one lower-case word; addresses the site already uses (cart, domains, the admin path and so on) are refused.
• Editor: The header and footer sections are no longer offered, because the storefront has its own (Client Portal Menu and Footer Builder).

Notes

• Website Builder: Sites that used the Website Builder keep their pages, sections and pictures: installing this plugin moves them over and keeps the plugin switched on. Pages that were published as static files under /site/ are now served by the storefront and the old addresses redirect.
