A private place in the client area where clients keep named passwords (Server01 = a password) and fill them into support tickets, so they never type a root password twice.

    Make sure your WHBMP installation has an active license.

    In your WHBMP admin, go to Addons → Browse.

    Find Password Vault and click Install, then Activate.

  4. 4

    Open the addon's settings from the Addons page to configure it.

New Features

  • Password Vault page: clients keep a name and a password for each server or account, encrypted, shown only on a click, deleted whenever they like.
  • Support tickets: a Password Field on the ticket form offers Choose from my vault and Save this password to my vault as….
  • Languages: English, Spanish, German, French and Arabic (right to left).
  • Staff: a Password Vault tab on the client profile, with Reveal for staff holding the Reveal passwords permission (every reveal is logged) and Delete.
