Plesk

Sell Plesk hosting and let WHBMP create, suspend and remove customer webspaces. Plesk is built into WHBMP, so there is nothing to install.

What it does

• Creates a webspace bound to the Plesk service plan you choose on the product, as soon as an order is paid.
• Suspends and unsuspends the webspace for overdue invoices.
• Terminates the webspace when the service is cancelled or expires.
• Uses Plesk's long-standing XML API, authenticated with your Plesk administrator login.

Setting up

1. In WHBMP, go to Settings > Servers, add a server of type Plesk and enter the hostname and the Plesk admin or reseller login. The default port is 8443.
2. Press Test Connection.
3. On a product, choose the server and the exact name of an existing Plesk service plan.

Good to know

• Plesk has no API token, so this plugin needs a real login and password. They are stored encrypted.
• One-click sign-in to the Plesk panel is not available yet. Customers sign in to Plesk as usual.
• This module was built from Plesk's published API and has not yet been proven on a production Plesk server. Try it with a test plan first.
