Projects

• First release. Needs WHBMP 2.33.0 or newer.

New Features

• Projects: a list of projects with filters (status, client, staff) and a New Project / Edit form: name, client (optional), status, due date, hourly rate, assigned staff and description.
• Project page: a header with the details and Start Timer, Add Comment, a Watching switch, Edit and Delete; tabs for Tasks, Messages, Time Tracking, Tickets, Billing, Files and Log, with counters on Messages, Tickets and Files.
• Tasks: add, edit, delete, tick off, assign, due-date chips (green coming, red past), "N Tasks / M Completed", Hide Completed, drag a staff name or a date onto a task, task templates (Save Task List, Import Tasks).
• Messages: a group thread for the client and the project's staff; every post is emailed to the others.
• Time tracking: a timer (one per person) and manual entries, optionally on a task, with totals.
• Billing: link invoices; Invoice this time makes one draft invoice from the unbilled time, each entry billed once only.
• Tickets and files: link support tickets; upload, download and delete files.
• Log: an automatic history of who did what.
• Client area: a Projects page for clients with their tasks and files (read-only) and the message thread.
• Client profile: a Projects tab in the admin client page with a New Project shortcut.
• Email templates: a Projects Email group: task assigned, due soon and overdue, new message (staff and client), status changed and completed (staff and client). Reminders go out daily at 08:00.
• Translated screens: Spanish, German, French and Arabic (right to left).
