WHBMP License Reseller

Free

Addon for WHBMP - Web Hosting Business Management Platform · By WHBMP · Version 1.1.1

Sell WHBMP licenses from your own storefront. When a customer orders, a license is issued automatically through your reseller account and follows their service.

What it does

  • A WHBMP License product: create a product that issues a license for the IP address you set on the product, or on the service's dedicated IP.
  • A free license with hosting: turn on "Include a free WHBMP license" on a hosting product, and every new account gets a license for the IP of the server it was created on.
  • Link existing keys: attach a key you already have to a service by hand.
  • Follows the service: suspend, unsuspend and terminate on the service are mirrored onto the license.
  • Provision spare licenses: issue a key that is not linked to any service yet.
  • One overview: see every key in your reseller account and which service it belongs to, plus your account limits.

Setting up

  1. Get reseller API access to your WHBMP account.
  2. Open Addons > WHBMP License Reseller and enter the connection details.
  3. Create a WHBMP License product, or turn on the free license for a hosting product.

Good to know

  • If an action fails, it appears under pending module actions like any other module, and you can retry it.

Version 1.1.1 · Oct 26, 2026

Improvements

  • Service links: the link to a service now opens it on its client's profile (Services tab), where services are managed, instead of the old standalone service page.

Version 1.1.0 · Oct 20, 2026

New Features

  • Translated screens: The screens of this plugin are available in Spanish, German, French and Arabic, following the language each staff member chooses in the admin portal (and the language of the client for client-facing pages). Arabic is shown right to left.

Notes

  • Translations: The translations are a first draft written by machine. They are part of WHBMP 2.18.0; on an older WHBMP the screens stay in English.
