How do I stop a service being suspended for a client?

• One service: open the service and set the date until which automatic suspension is skipped.
• Late fees and overdue notices: switch them off on the client's profile.
• A whole group: tick No auto-suspend and No auto-terminate on the client's group in Settings > Client Groups.
