My license shows Invalid, Expired or Not Activated

Open System > License and read the message.

• Not Activated: enter your key.
• Invalid: the domain or server IP no longer matches. Use Deactivate (Move Server) on the old installation and activate again on the new one.
• Expired: your license period ended. Renew it in your account at whbmp.com.
• Active (offline grace): the store could not be reached. The admin will lock on the date shown unless a check succeeds. Make sure the server can reach whbmp.com over HTTPS, then press Check Now.
