I am locked out of the admin area

- Wrong address: the admin path is
ADMIN_PATHin.env. The default is/admin. - Banned after failed sign-ins: wait for the ban time (General Settings > Security) or sign in from a whitelisted IP address.
- Forgotten password: use Forgot your password on the sign-in page. If email is not set up, set a new password with
php artisan tinker(see Troubleshooting). - License problem: if the license lapsed, the admin area locks. Fix the license, see License and activation.
- Two-factor code lost: ask another Super Admin to reset it for you.
